Acceptance
These terms apply to all apps published by Litlabs Studio, including Clarity, and to this website. Litlabs Studio is operated by Lit consult, MB (company code 306077298, Vilniaus g. 45-17, LT-17112 Šalčininkai, Lithuania). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Some apps have their own additional terms, such as the Clarity Terms of Use. Where they conflict with these terms, the app's terms take priority for that app.
Use of the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the apps, except where the law allows
- Use the apps in a way that breaks the law or harms others
- Try to get around subscription checks or security features
The app store's own terms (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us.
- Billing: payment is charged to your app store account when you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trials: if a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in your app store account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
Prices are shown in the app store before you buy, and may change. We'll give you notice of a price change as the store requires.
If you live in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from purchases of digital content. When you start using paid features straight away, you agree to immediate delivery and accept that you lose this right, to the extent the law allows.
Intellectual property
The apps, their design, code, names and logos belong to Lit consult, MB or its licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them except the licence above. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. App Store and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Disclaimer
Our apps are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they will be error-free or always available. Some features depend on your device's operating system and settings, which can limit how they work. For example, an app blocker cannot stop every way of reaching an app. Our apps are tools for building habits. They are not medical or psychological advice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using our apps at any time by deleting them and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, continue after termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims there.
Consumers may also contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with an updated date, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. If you keep using our apps after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
