ClarityThis page explains how to delete your account for Clarity, the app blocker by Litlabs Studio on Google Play, and the data linked to it.
In the app
- Open Clarity and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
- Enter your password, or choose your Google account if you signed up with Google.
Without the app
Email clarity-support@litlabstudio.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Clarity account". We may ask you to confirm the request.
What is deleted
- Your email address
- Your name, if your sign-in provider shared it
- Your user ID and account profile
Your account is deleted from the app straight away. Remaining account data is removed from our servers within 30 days. Requests by email are completed within 30 days.
What is kept
- Purchase records, for as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires (up to 10 years)
- Support emails, for 24 months after our last conversation
What stays on your phone
Your blocks, settings, and screen-time data are stored on your phone, not on our servers. To remove them, uninstall Clarity or go to Android Settings → Apps → Clarity → Storage → Clear data.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
